GTHC Predicts, Spurs at Home

Spurs have been a bit average of late, well up until last nights Europa game! fucking typical they find there form again just before they play us.

Big game for them though, lose to us and they are 9 points off 4th spot.......and lose they will!!! the curse is off, we are on a roll, 2-0 Irons.COYI



West Ham are flying, and are up in fifth place while Tottenham have been pretty ordinary, or worse, recently.

On form, you would have to go with the Hammers every time but Harry Kane is back for Spurs now and a moment or two of quality from him could make all the difference - they really need it too.

The thing about supporting a title winning team is that you become entitled and cocky. West Ham supporters have never had that problem but I’m not sure what Spurs excuse is.

I think this thread shows “mainly” the difference between West Han fans and Spurs fans.

Most of us are cautious if not hopeful, the rest quite resigned to our fortunes hiding and can’t see anything but a loss.

Difference is after a decent start to the season the Spurs fans were all talking about winning the league.

I think the word humility is rarer than rocking horse shit in that part of London.

I hate these so much, Chelsea have at least had success and Millwalls dedication to following that shower around has my begrudging respect - I also know a lot of Wall and they are actually good value away from football.

Spurs are just deluded, beige, without personality- there is just nothing about them - like the annoying, short, spotty speccy kid in the class who has a-misplaced level of confidence and you can’t work out why.

Fucking dread playing these.

Agree Kenzo, cannot stand Chelsea or the imbeciles at Millwall. As for Spurs I actually don’t mind them.

The key tomorrow will be keeping Son quiet and Antonio to bully their defence.

Defend well is the first thing keep it tight certainly don't give them a 3 goal start as in the last time we met. Hopefully Antonio is fit and get him running at Sanchez and Alderweireld, rough them up a bit and hopefully paves the way for Benny and Lingard to weave their magic. COYI

Jasnik - exactly my feelings. I would be surprised if we didn't defend resolutely and limit their chances, but we have been a bit inconsistent in our attacking play. Lingard has definitely added something and I'll certainly be more optimistic if Antonio and Benrahma are playing. We can cause them problems if we get at them.

Hard to predict. They have been in poor form yet they have players that can do damage. Defend well first and foremost, frustrate and keep the likes of Son, Kane, Bale quiet and hope we can carve out and actually take some chances ourselves. Still think a draw is the likely result

Very few fans like Spurs, but that is down to their delusional supporters who feel their club is bigger and better than what it is. For me Chelsea is the one i dislike (The Club sold for £1) the most behind Millwall.

Bale owes us one for the glaring miss at their home game, Son and Kane seem to have a party each time they play us.
